Modifying or cancelling a reservation
Room reservations can be modified or cancelled
up to 48 hours prior to arrival at the Hotel
Ritz Florence. On your confirmation email there are two buttons:
"modify booking" and "cancel booking".
Simply select the correct button and follow instructions.
